Sunshine 60 Street” is a popular street lined with movie theaters and restaurants, and the ‘Sunshine City’ commercial complex at the end of the street has a collection of leisure spots, including the ‘Sunshine Aquarium’ and the ”Sunshine 60 Observation Deck Tenbo Park. There is also the “Tokiwaso Manga Museum”, a newly certified sacred site.

Tokiwaso Manga Museum

The legendary “Tokiwa-so” apartment house where Osamu Tezuka and other greats of the manga world spent their time was demolished in 1982. Inside the museum, visitors can enjoy special exhibitions related to manga, as well as exhibits that allow them to experience what Tokiwa-so was like at the time of its demolition.
